Construction Superintendent

Witwer Construction is currently seeking a full-time Project Superintendent for permanent employment. We’re a Fort Wayne based General Contractor, facilitating commercial and industrial projects spanning the healthcare and automotive sectors, plus retail, professional offices, and everything in between. The position is local to Fort Wayne and within a 45-mile surrounding radius. This position requires a candidate with 5+ years’ experience as a Construction Superintendent.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A track record of supervising ground up, new construction, as well as renovation projects.
• The ability to manage, supervise and coordinate subcontractors towards achieving project goals.
• Advanced knowledge of construction disciplines, safety regulations, scheduling, quality control, and the ability to interpret and implement construction drawings and documents.
• A mindset of accountability, and decisiveness, with a willingness to interface and communicate with others.
• A team focused approach to problem solving.
