Project Manager / Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to oversee Building Construction on Projects in Northern Indiana. This role is critical to the successful execution on of our projects and requires a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the project schedule and budget to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Oversee and review submittals, RFIs, and procurement of materials for self-performed work.
• Coordinate change request pricing and provide informational support to project superintendents.
• Lead the project from bid award to final closeout and warranty period management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in Building Construction with a proven track record of delivering major projects.
• A degree in Building Construction on Technology or Building Construction on Management is preferred.
