Upon graduating from Purdue University in 1983 with degrees in both Construction Management and Civil Engineering, Kyle worked for a local general contractor. Kyle formed Witwer Construction, Inc. and began a successful career in the contracting world. In the last 25 years, Kyle has expanded services and has growns a very loyal client base.

For over 30 years, Jeff has developed a personalized customer experience to design and construction. He has led teams to success in diverse commercial and industrial project sectors, including Municipal, Heavy Industrial, Manufacturing & Warehousing, Retail, Medical, Elder Care, Non-Profit, Restaurants, Petroleum and Automotive. His efforts are marked by a high standard of quality, delivering projects on time and within budget. Within Witwer Construction, he is focused on team development and streamlining internal processes.

Kevin has over 26 years of experience managing Witwer Construction's finances. He brings vital insight and attention to detail to the financial management of our construction and general contracting services. Professional Experience
Kevin has a lengthy history of construction experience dating from 1983 to present. His past fifteen years have been with Witwer Construction, Inc. His unique talents and experience are vitally important to the success of each project, and ultimately the success of Witwer Construction. Kevin has the steadfast ability to meet the budget, goals, and objectives of each and every project. Kevin will help you achieve maximum value with an on-time delivery system.

Senior Project Field Superintendent
Scott Hixson
Professional Experience
Scott joined the Witwer Construction in September on 1987. Prior to that, he was employed by Clinton Engineering Company and Ringland/Johnson General Contractors in Clinton, Iowa.
Scott's experience in the field, along with a degree from the University of Wisconsin in Construction Management and Design, ensure a well-coordinated effort translating a design into the final project. His exceptional knowledge and experience directly benefit each owner and project by carefully reviewing drawings and specifications, ensuring contractor's performance levels to meet schedule, budget, and quality operations. In addition, Scott has additional training in job site safety implementation through OSHA, as well as various other related construction safety management organizations.
Field Superintendent
Mike Norman
Professional Experience
Mike has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry along with degrees in Architectural Engineering and Construction Management from Ferris State University. After graduation, Mike spent several years traveling the country managing remodels for several restaurant chains. Mike found his home with Witwer Construction in 1996. Working from field employee to supervisor, Mike made his way to his current position of overseeing field operations.
As a Field Superintendent, Mike plays a crucial role in communications between our clients, the subcontractors, and field employees. He has a long history of ensuring that work is completed on time, safely, and to the customer’s satisfaction.
